In-house production starts with work preparation
At Anera, we manage our entire production process in-house, with modern manufacturing facilities in Klundert and Zevenbergen. This local production allows us to maintain full control over every step, ensuring consistent quality and reliable delivery times for every project. The production process at Anera starts with engineering in Klundert. As soon as an order comes in, our engineers prepare and finalize all technical details for production. Deadlines determine the order of processing – projects with the shortest lead times are given priority. Since multiple materials come together to form one final product, our engineers also add required operations such as welding or coating to the project file. Once everything is complete, the file is sent to production. Our entire production process is ISO 9001 and EN 1090 certified.
From Cutting Line to Assembly
The first step in production takes place in the drilling and sawing department, where base materials – often sheets and profiles – are cut to size. From there, the materials are logged to ensure full traceability of material specifications. Next comes the buffer station, where all required parts are gathered and distributed to the appropriate workstations. Based on detailed technical drawings, our skilled workers build the products step by step. A checklist is used throughout the process to verify accuracy and quality. At subsequent stations, such as welding, a visual inspection is performed again to prevent errors and ensure that each product maintains its form and quality.

Coating and Quality Control
After assembly and welding, each product receives a unique sticker with a QR code, providing complete traceability – from weight and color to project number and location. The products then move to the coating line, where they are thoroughly cleaned in a spray tunnel with warm water and biodegradable agents, rinsed, and carefully dried. Powder coating is applied by an automatic system and manually touched up where needed. The product then enters the oven, where the powder melts and bonds firmly to the surface. After cooling, random quality checks such as layer thickness measurements and scratch tests are performed to ensure the coating meets our standards.
When the visual appearance of your project is especially important, we also offer coating in any desired RAL color. This process takes place in our own coating facility in Klundert, ensuring both quality and efficiency.
Rolling Mill
The production of our profiles begins with coils delivered in various sizes and thicknesses. These coils pass through the rolling mill, where they are gradually shaped into our signature Euro profile. The rolling line can produce up to five different profile heights. By combining different heights and material thicknesses, we ensure our structures are used as efficiently as possible.
Through our production systems, we know exactly how many meters of each profile need to be produced. Our rolling mill can handle different steel grades, allowing us to adapt flexibly to the specific needs of each project. After production, the profiles are temporarily stored in a buffer zone, where they receive a unique code linking them to the correct project and ensuring proper logistics handling.

Logistics and Quality First
Once a product is fully completed, it moves back into a buffer zone. From there, our logistics team collects the items and prepares them for shipment to the customer or project site. Thanks to the QR codes, we can trace exactly who made the product, when it was coated, and who prepared it for delivery. Before shipping, a quality inspector performs additional random checks to ensure only products that meet our standards leave the factory. These thorough inspections and our attention to detail guarantee that quality always comes first – from the initial design to the final installation at the customer’s site.
