Putting down a good project starts with good design.

Your first contact is with our sales team. Your first contact is with our sales team. You will have one contact person within the sales team, who will discuss your wishes and requirements with you. If you already know what you want and you have a clear sketch or perhaps a digital model, we can prepare a quotation for you fast. If prefer to talk to us, you can of course always reach us by telephone* and schedule an appointment with our sales team.

After all specifications, wishes and requirements are clear, our sales team will prepare a tailor-made quotation for you. For less complex requests, we can send you a quotation within five working days, with the accompanying quotation drawing/sketch. We may also send you various options, so you can compare them. We want to find the best solution for your steel structure. If the request is more complex, our sales engineers will work on this and coordinate the further process with you.

If you are happy with the quotation and all your wishes have been processed, please send us a purchase order so we can start the process.

You have put your trust in us to provide you with a steel structure solution. We process all your wishes and requirements in a clear order confirmation. This also starts the internal engineering process: making drawings and producing the desired steel parts. From this point on, a dedicated contact person within our engineering team will take over your request.

You may already have extensive drawings and/or the experience to measure the floor correctly. But if you have any doubts about this, we are happy to come and take measurements. If you give us responsibility for measuring, we will of course ensure, through years of experience, that your steel structure is exactly the right fit. When measuring, we will together make a decision regarding a 2D or 3D measurement. For a 2D measurement, we use laser and images. For a 3D measurement, we use a 3-dimensional scanner. This maps the entire building and is mainly used for more complex applications that require construction within an existing situation.

After measuring or supplying the correct dimensions, the engineer makes an initial working drawing, based on which the engineer will consult with you. If there are any changes or shifts that need to be processed, we will adjust the drawing until you are completely satisfied. Anera can also assist in applying for an environmental permit. We can provide the correct documents for this. You can of course always discuss this with us during the quotation process or with your engineer.

The engineer’s goal is to provide an approved design with final drawings that you are happy with and to ensure everything is clear to us. The drawings and design must be specific and ready when you give approval. An engineer will always guide you through this process to ensure you don’t have any more questions.

Of course, our structural engineers ensure your steel structure meets all structural requirements. If you want a static calculation for, for instance, the environmental permit, they can also work this out for you.
