- What is the lead time for a mezzanine floor?

For a standard mezzanine floor, Anera works with a lead time of 7 to 8 weeks from order confirmation. This lead time includes engineering, production and delivery to site.
The larger or more complex a project becomes, the longer the lead time. As an indication: allow around 12 weeks for a medium-sized project and around 20 weeks for genuinely large projects.

- Can my business stay in operation during installation?

Yes, as a rule it can. There is no need to shut down your entire operation for the installation of a mezzanine floor.
There are conditions, however. The installers need a safe, cordoned-off working area, and there must be room to hoist materials and work. Bear in mind, too, that erecting a structure generates noise.
In short: with a safe working area and acceptance of the construction noise, the rest of your warehouse or premises can simply remain in use.

Yes, you can. Anera does, however, advise against it for anyone without installation experience.

- Where and how are Anera's mezzanine floors produced?
"
Anera produces the floors in its own factory. The process starts with engineering: a design is produced and verified for strength. Once the customer has approved it, the materials are detailed and the drawings are prepared for installation, complete with all dimensions.
Production then begins:
- Welded components such as columns, staircases, railings and other accessories are made from sheet and hollow section material: sawing, drilling and assembly. They then go to the coating line, where they are cleaned and given a powder coating.
- The cold-formed sections are rolled from coil in the rolling mill.
- Connecting components come partly from stock and are partly made project-specifically from sheet steel, using laser cutting machines, punching/nibbling machines and press brakes.
- Bolts, nuts and other fixings are picked from the warehouse for each specific project.
- The floor deck is cut to size from master chipboard panels and given a tongue-and-groove joint.
All components come together in the dispatch department and go to the project as one complete kit. We are proud to be able to say that your project is produced entirely in Western Europe. We do this in order to guarantee short lead times combined with outstanding quality.
