The material price covers the structure, the floor finish and the accessories together. Where you end up within that range is mainly determined by the size of the project, its complexity, the required load capacity and the number of accessories; accessories have a considerable influence on the price.
The other costs consist of installation, transport, engineering and installation equipment. This item, too, depends strongly on the situation.
For genuinely large projects the price per square metre can be lower. The amounts stated are explicitly an indication, intended to give you a realistic picture up front. For a firm price, request a quotation based on your own situation.
